I had Ordered this Transcend 256GB Micro SD Memory Card which is for surveillance type not even App Category for cameras and dash cams & was listed on pakbyte website for Rs.5999, once I ordered and transfer shipping fee & tax amount, pakbyte suddenly texted me denial over WhatsApp and Increased price to 15999 & cancelled my order too. So please don't buy it form these Profiteers & black marketeers.
Ordered the item on Friday 27th March and paid the 4% tax and delivery charges in advance.
They told me to pay 14 Rs. extra for the tax on Saturday, and I paid that too even though they were really rude about it.
I asked when it will be dispatched and they said it will be dispatched on Sunday, 29th. No tracking number was provided.
Finally on 30th (Monday), they tell me that the item is actually out of stock and if I want Gen1 instead of Gen2. I agreed and told them to refund the extra amount of the advance 4%. I still have not received it.
It's now a week later, April 6th, and there is no updates on the tracking, and I have not received the item, nor any updates from the retailer. I don't know if I'll get it or not at this stage.
Additionally, they added +300 delivery charges to the COD amount even though I paid the delivery charge already to them. So now I'm just down PKR1130 with nothing to show for it except a lot of inconvenience and hassle.
Took around 4 days to arrive from KHI to ISB, but overall good expereince.
Genuine products. Would recommend.
