A fan-mounted display with three independent lighting zones
The UNI FAN SL-INF LCD FLEX combines a 1.8-inch LCD with fan-blade lighting, side infinity mirrors and edge lighting. The LCD supports 400 × 400 pixels at 60Hz. Standard and Reverse Blade versions have different verified fan-speed and airflow specifications.
USB, wireless or motherboard control
USB 2.0 enables advanced LCD customization through L-Connect 3. Wireless Mode uses an L-Wireless controller and built-in themes. The current official specification states that LCD triple packs do not include that controller; neither do LCD single packs. Motherboard PWM and 5V 3-pin ARGB control provide an alternative path.
Save a theme for motherboard-only operation
For the LCD fan’s offline theme, connect by USB to L-Connect 3 first and save the desired default. The content can then remain active during motherboard control without keeping the software connected in real time. The receiver has one connection port: use either the USB 2.0 cable or the 5V 3-pin ARGB cable.
Keep the receiver and adapter together
The LCD FLEX receiver’s adapter allows installation on either side. Lian Li warns against placing the receiver at one end of the fan group and its adapter at the opposite end. Install them together on the same side and follow the official wiring diagram.
A three-zone lighting design
Fan-blade, side-mirror and edge lighting can be adjusted independently. The frame has an angled infinity-mirror pattern on one side and a dual-rectangle design on the other. The 124mm frame dimension and 28mm thickness should be checked against nearby hardware, not assumed to match every 120mm fan opening.
